Why Korean/Japanese (when kidding time) like to use 1 of their hands spank unto others’ (esp baka men) head? Those got smacked usually will listen/still kidding, & didn’t take things seriously. Strangely it’s rarely seen in Chinese custom, imho (except maybe Taiwanese). As Taiwanese is somehow like to emulate Japanese or other Oriental culture, thus diminute its pre-defined Chinese culture and it’s rather obvious.

Since we hv Naked eye, Is there such like Naked nose, Naked mouth, Naked skin, & Naked ear?
As far as I know (taking into account, abnormal or unsound minded animals are excluded) …
Naked nose = Something a normal human can’t smell, with exceptions for certain sensitive animals (include human as well)
Naked mouth = Something a normal human can’t taste (as if they were tasting any food with their tongue is stingy, numb, with altered/lost the sense of taste/nerves), like a pure deionized ddH2O, but tasty with a whole range of major tastes, subjective to the abnormal animal’s feelings. It can be tasteable if we put ourselves on abnormalia’s shoes.
Naked skin = Something abstract, out of the dimensions where touching it is usually beyond human’s capabilities; again exceptions given to certain sensitive animals (include human as well)
Naked ear = Sounds out of human’s usual hearing range, detectable only by high-tech equipments or certain sensitive animals (include human as well)
